Don’t come here unless you have 2+ hours to spend waiting for 1 bowl of ramen ? our dumplings came out in a reasonable time but I’m sure that’s because all they had to do was microwave them! Server was extremely nonchalant about the situation and any time we tried to inquire about the status of the meal, we get the vague “it’s coming”. Service is good. They must of forgot to season my pho, the broth tasted like water. I was in a rush, didn’t want to send it back. asked for salt and it got a lot better after I added in. And as an Asian, when I order pho, I am expected rice noodles, but it was just normal ramen noodles(wheat). A bit misleading.

The service was fast and efficient, the food was very good.For an airport restaurant, Little Purse offers excellent value for money. I will definitely stop by again the next time I'm at Newark.
