I realize that this is Newark and we are in an airport but the price for not so wonderful dumplings is really high.
The dumplings were a mix of steamed and deep fried. I guess I missed the memo yo specify what I wanted so I got a mix.
A glass of wine was out of sight.
Music is poor and CNN on the tube was very sad.
Anyway, be warned, you are in the Newark airport.

My suggestion is to advise employees while taking breaks to not sit in the dining area where guests sit and have cellphone on speaker very loud so everyone can hear the video call. Unprofessional and disturbing to other customers trying to enjoy a meal. The food is adequate and the kitchen staff and wait staff were very friendly.
To all my fellow vegans, the fried rice is vegan and you can add tofu!
