I've never encountered more unfriendly and rude employees at a Starbucks before. Unless I'm really desperate for Starbucks coffee specifically, I would never go here again.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the world. The service attitude is very poor. I ordered a caramel macchiato and only gave me half a cup. I asked for a new one and the service attitude was extremely bad. There was no apology at all. This SB is located immediately to the left of EWR terminal 3 TSA security. I found the staff to be polite despite some unruly and impatient customers and frustrated travelers.We got the seasonal drinks for winter and they were executed at around the same quality as other normal Starbucks. Expect the prices to be higher but remember that it’s fair because you are buying coffee on the airside of the airport.
