We had a great time this past Saturday with Gill! He is super knowledgeable about the history of distilling and brewing in Newark. The tour is a terrific thing to do with friends. And… the whiskey is so good we bought a bottle 😃

A very educational and fun visit to a neighborhood gem of a local crafter in the Ironbound section of Newark. The proprietor/distiller was very friendly and eager to teach about the distillation process and the history of whisk(e)y in the British Isles and the New World. I would highly recommend this tour especially for spirits education.

I expected this tour to be good, but it far exceeded (and not just because of the cocktail provided on arrival!) With a host who is deeply knowledgeable, a great presenter and clearly passionate about the quality and production of his spirits, you get a detailed explanation of the history and development of distilling in Europe and New Jersey, the processes used by All Points West, a brief chemistry lesson and the opportunity to taste the difference in the spirits distilled. Then it was about enjoying our choice of cocktails...... Thank you Gil

We had an amazing time at All Still Distillery! The whisky flight was exceptional. Each pour had its own story and flavor that made the experience truly memorable. Gill was knowledgeable, a true historian, and scientist when it comes to whisky. You can feel the passion and expertise in every explanation and sip.
My husband absolutely loved the entire tasting experience, and we both left with a deeper appreciation for the craft. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable outing.

Idk about the distillery. But this is definitely some of the worst whiskey I have ever tasted in my life. Definitely do not buy their Pot Still Rye. Vomit inducing stuff.

Had the absolute best experience here. We started out with a complementary Mojito which was delicious. The tour was very informative and thorough. The tasting portion of the event was amazing as well. Afterwards we were able to sit and fellowship, we even ordered some cocktails from the menu and left with a bottle of the in house made whiskey!! 10/10 would highly recommend. I cannot wait to go back.

We booked a tasting at All Points West for my dad's 60th birthday, and had a great time! Our tour and tasting facilitator was Gil, the founder, and it was clear he knew his stuff. We learned a lot about the distillery and the history of all the alcohol they make, which we then got to taste. You definitely get a good amount of tastings for the price, plus a complimentary cocktail to start, and you can then purchase additional drinks if you'd like. We had a lot of fun! Gil also recommended a few restaurants to go to for dinner afterwards, and we had a delicious dinner just around the corner from the distillery.

The highlight, of course, was enjoying a delicious cocktail after the tour. Overall, we learned a lot and enjoyed amazing drinks that made the night even more special. I highly recommend this experience!

My husband and I attended the distillery tour and tasting as a birthday present/experience. Gil was incredibly informative and personable. His drinks were so well crafted. We received a welcome mojito, which was delicious. It was fun to sip on while we learned about the history of the area and the process of making spirits like whiskey, gin, rye, and rum. The tastings were plentiful and it was a lot of fun socializing with the other attendees.

Very cool event. Gill is super-passionate and a very engaging speaker. The liquors are all very good, and knowing the stories behind them makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone with a taste for fine spirits and enjoys a good backstory. It is a 15 minute walk or so from Newark Penn if you are coming by train (but a short and cheap Uber / Lyft ride).

APW is creating some amazing hybrid whiskeys and their pink pepper gin is one of the most flavorful gins I've ever tasted.
The owner/master distiller Gil's stories about the history of spirit making in this area (which informs his creations) are fascinating and especially enjoyable while sipping our complimentary rum cocktail.
We definitely want to stop by for the more informal Friday happy hour some time soon to try more signature cocktails.
