The guards are short staffed. Some know what they're doing. Others don't. Having to wait to get onto the check-in scale, because a driver didn't know their shipment number (same thing happened to me) and the guard couldn't tell him what to look for, took entirely too long, almost 30 minutes. Guards were nice though.
They r open 24hrs..took me right away..put me in a door and unloaded me. They let us sleep here. This is my first time here so wasn't sure what 2 do. But weigh in 1st thing then go in security build to the right. Great experience !!
