I can honestly say Applebees have definitely improved… I used to dislike the customer service and the food would come out burnt sometimes … But now I can honestly say I am impressed ! Just went with the kids & we had a great time! Our waiter came to our table about 6 times making sure we were good … my kids ate all the food and did not once complain about it being burnt or tasting funny … Definitely a great atmosphere & happy people

Josiah was excellent. He was attentive and got our order correct. He checked on us to ensure that we had everything we needed. He provided us with to go containers. He was extremely pleasant and well mannered. I would definitely come back to this location and ask for him!!! So if your in the Newark, NJ area be sure to ask for Josiah!!

Josiah is was such a joy as my server his mannerism was above expectations and his service was at an all time hight for me he explained the menu and gave me great recommendations on my order thank Josiah stay the same . A very satisfied customer
