Decent fast casual vietnamese spot. Is it super authentic? Not really. But its good for what it is and being the only vietnamese spot in the area. I've gotten take out a couple times and the banh mi's bread were quite soft and a bit soggy so I had to throw it back in the air fryer. And the pho were very small portions with 4 pieces of thin meat. Other than that, they're quick and friendly with their service.
I am so excited about this hidden gem in Newark! My daughter introduced me on her lunch break. Ive always loved Vietnamese Pho, especially the broth(if you know you know)was amazing! The food quality prestige and taste on point. Cant wait to come back
Ordered 3 banh mi and a pho. didn’t feel authentic. their pate was a bit grainy and tasted not as fresh. brisket banh mi was really chewy and there was too much sauce. the original banh mi was not authentic as i thought the flavors were pretty americanized. there was an IVE popup when i went in sponsor to their concert today and it made the restaurant pretty crowded. service was quick and the people were nice. the pho lacked flavor and i think if you’re going...
