The sushi is great , fresh and delicious. So much options. Lee is a amazing waitress!!! Is just insane how she take care of the whole place by herself. The food is fantastic!!! I been a customer for 3 years now. She always helpful.

Literally worst costumer service I ever experienced. Order through Doordash 9:23 PM And First Driver canceled because the order was not Ready. Second Driver went there and the order is still not ready. So I ask the drive What’s going on and he tells me that the lady is Giving him an attitude Saying that the food is not ready. So I tried to call them they’re not picking, Finally, after four tries, she picks the phone really rude And answers me that my order is not ready, and I said that I ordered an hour ago and she said that I was lying because The last order that she had on display was 9:50. So she tells the Doordash delivery driver that the order will be ready in 20 minutes. Right after he calls me and get Off the phone my order got canceled. She should Be fired for doesn’t know how to work with people!!

My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time because we usually love the ramen here. Unfortunately, this last experience was extremely disappointing.

First, the waitress continues to be very rude and unwelcoming every time we come. It honestly feels like she’s doing customers a favor instead of simply providing good service.

This time, the food was also very disappointing. We BOTH paid extra for extra noodles in our ramen, and the extra noodles barely came at all. The portions looked very small compared to what we normally receive, especially considering we paid additional money for it.

On top of that, the noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the egg was not prepared the way it usually is. Instead of the soy-marinated egg that normally comes with ramen, it was just a plain boiled egg.

We spent around $66 expecting a comforting ramen dinner on a rainy day, and honestly left feeling like our money was wasted. We normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple bad experiences with the service and now the food quality as well, I felt the need to be honest.

I would really recommend coming here!!Ive been to both locations and let me start off by saying how delicious the food is!!You can really tell how fresh everything is and the Service is amazing!! The waitress and workers were both very welcoming and kind.I would definitely come here again!! The prices are fair especially with the amount of food we get with our platter!!I recommend trying rolls from the fried and baked section it’s very tasty and booming with different kind of flavors!! My favorite is Ironbound,hot Philly and amazing.10/10 would recommend!! The video I put down you can see my takeout order that they were finishing up!

I had a great experience here. The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the sushi. Everything tasted well prepared and the portions were good.

The service was also excellent
the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during the meal.

The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, making it a good place to relax and enjoy dinner with friends or family. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who likes sushi or hibachi.

I’m a normal customer here once a month for celebrations and fun times and I will never be returning again. The service has gone beyond down hill not once did someone ask if we were okay or apologize for the long wait. The food was served with dirt on the salad ( I’ve included a photo because it’s concerning and was unfortunately partially consumed and the dirty lettuce was touching the sushi if you zoom in it’s visible as well). Waiting over 40 minutes for the food to be served while others who entered after were served. I’m so incredibly disappointed of spending my money here and genuinely hope no one gets sick for the lack of care towards the food. I hope they can have proper food regulations reevaluated and focus on customer service as well because it’s beyond concerning. The fact that there was a whole section of water under our table (photo included as well) we tried being kind and not noticing but it just was the icing on the cake for the experience. If zero stars was possible I’d do it. The food was only consumed because we felt forced to eat it since we spent money on it but shame on them. And then when it came time to pay the disrespect was horrible. Don’t waste your money here you deserve better quality.
