I went to Baskin Robin to get a cake for my daughter’s birthday, it seems costumers are not allowed to open the fridge with the cakes, one of the associate started shouting at me asking why am I in the fridge and it continues as I try to check out the cake, I asked for a manager after the associate was trying to take the cake away….. very dissatisfied service

Came in on a Weds. Looking forward to returning with my friends. It has a good feel to it. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

This store is so dirty the employees don’t change their gloves I will start going to the one on Springfiled ave Newark it’s always clean there. The employees and manager have a nasty attitude . I will never spend money here anymore
