So I was referred here by another Jamaican restaurant since I just moved to Jersey I also follow them on TikTok. The first time I came I had the fry chicken jerk chicken and side of jerk pork. Fry chicken was good but needed some sauce was super dry. The jerk chicken also needed some sauce I had to go home and make my own. The jerk pork was 10 out of 10 must try again. Loved it. Walking into Sun Island Plate reminded me so much of the islands I forgot I’m in New Jersey. The food was cooked fresh to perfection and the drinks were delicious with no additives. We dined in and even played on the little game table just to kill time while the food was being prepared.The food serving was big and great value for money.
