“Seafood pimps was the best decision I could had made to celebrate my 56th birthday. I decided to purchase the Nexf ix & Chill. First the presentation was SUPERB. The crabs, mussels and shrimp were FRESH and DELECTABLE. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection. least of them all the amount that you receive is enough to feed a full size family, and we only ordered for two. I will definitely be back. I recommend Seafood Pimps to anyone that enjoy fresh mouth watering seafood.“

“First time here. Great experience. We got there right at 5 pm when they opened on a Saturday. Got table right away. 20 mins later place was packed with long wait. Wait staff was awesome. Annette stopped by our table numerous times and was fun to talk too and welcoming. Shrimp beeps were our favorite. Eggplant was awesome. Garlic pasta and savoy chicken were so tasty. Could not have been more pleased. Great prices too. Old school atmosphere that is fun to experience. But it’s not a place you can linger, you eat and go. The atmosphere was great, the music was a little too LOUD especially for some young children in my party and we the adults and young people we couldn’t hear each other speaking and my suggestion is to have the music at a moderate tone so we can hear each other at the table and also to make sure the waitress/waiter get the food order correct . “This is a terrific place for a lazy Sunday lunch. The owner is a wonderful person who visits almost everyone in the dining room. The meal I was served was delicious (monk fish). The flan is always an A++ way to finish off any meal.
The waiters were great in keeping our glasses filled. We were there for over 2 hours and nobody was rushing us out the door!

The teriyaki was not salty but had that great flavor. The hot wings though could use more heat but have good flavor overall. I'm a heat seeker so I like big hits of spice so try at your own discretion. Overall great local wing spot, which Newark needed. If your too far from buffalo wild wings or wing stop, give panzz a try.“

Best seafood soul food Alfredo platter I’ve had also (and I’ve tried a few ig chefs that do this DMV concept). Normally the Alfredo sauce is bland and flavorless with old bay being used like paprika for appearance (took my seasonings out automatically when it came) but the sauce was actually flavorful. My husband tried to eat it holding his nose ? but couldn't do it. He asked for it wrapped to go but the package didnt make it into the car. Maybe it was the mix of codfish and the eggs - but that was bad. He would not order that again. We had the Vanilla Nut Log and Pineapple Sorbet for dessert - both very good. So everything was good for the most part and the service was really great. We are definitely going back but my husband will choose more wisely next time. ?“
