Based on the reviews, Steak-n-Take & Seafood is a family-run spot that recently opened a new store on Bergen St, but the food truck they had for years is legendary in Newark. The fish, shrimp and fries are great and well seasoned. The whiting is not over cooked and the shrimp are massive. The homemade tartar sauce is delicious and is called the magic tardar. The owner is very polite and professional. Customers say there is no other fish and shrimp like this place, as it is the best around, consistently fresh, and polite. It is hard to find a good fish place, and everyone loves the fish. Customers are impressed and will return, stating it is a must try.
