Brian was the only server and he was wonderful! The food is fresh and has great flavor and presentation. Happy Hour is from 3p to 6pm. Definitely will be back!
Best cocktail bar in Newark! Food and staff also perfect. Don’t pass up on Sihana!
I dined here in May, of 26’ and I forgot to say that the Carbonara here is probably the best in Newark hands down. Only downside is that it’s a bit overpriced compared to NYC and typical NJ pricing.

The location is great, close to everything downtown and near the Rutgers campus. The restaurant offers a nice environment for brunch, parties, and other occasions. The decor and environment are very nice, and the noise control is spot on. Guests enjoy the coffee, bread, and dishes like Carbanara and Cornish hen. The space is quiet, especially on Saturday nights, making it a good spot for a relaxed dinner or drinks. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail, such as plates and linen napkins, make for a fantastic experience from start to finish. Overall, Sihana Bistro is highly recommended for its delicious food, friendly staff, and lovely setting.
