I attended the R&B event in Asbury Park and Sun Island was there as a vendor. I watched from a distance as they navigating through the numbers of orders they were receiving. The line grew and grew. It would slow down and then grow again. Each time I watched the team pace themselves and work through each order in a timely manner. I ordered the stew chicken which I truly enjoyed.
