Man, what a great place. Came in at 10pm looking for something to eat after a late flight from Austin and had the Tilapia fish, a Guinness and a Super Bock draught. Absolutely fantastic!
Had a couple of hours to kill before flight and happened by the Blitz so popped in (first time). Staff, especially Paula, were very welcoming. Stashed our bags in a corner, used USB plugs built into bar to charge up, had some drinks, and played a dice game at the bar.
Only had soup to eat, but it was really good.
Best bar in the area, IMO. Only regret is not finding it earlier.

The bartenders are really nice and attentive. The bar, pool and cigar area are quite nice. Not a big crowd for a Saturday which was good. We could talk amongst each other. Only drawback like most places on Newark is no parking or parking lot. It took additional 30min to find parking.
