I’ve been trying to reorder from this location for 2 weeks (since Cinco De Mayo) while at work and every time i try THEY ARE CLOSED! MIND YOU IT BE AROUND 3:30/4:30PM MONDAY- FRIDAY. Yet on the website and on the door IT SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 9PM but they are never open! The couple times i did catch them open the food was GREAT AND SO WAS THE SERVICE!
So the Newark location don’t let your order online and when my husband went in to get it for me he was advised that they will not be taking order over the phone… he also had to advise them to put full scoops of food.
The food here is good, but the woman with glasses working the counter was very rude. Her customer service was disappointing and she made it clear she did not want to be there. Management may want to address this because experiences like this can cause customers to stop coming back.
