“A friend of mine extolled the virtues of Shake Shack back in the day when they were in the park in NYC and had cameras set up so you could see how long the line was. Now there are bunches of them and they're all pretty good; some are just better than others. This one at EWR Terminal A is one of my favorite airport Shacks and I think does a better job than most. The atmosphere is very chill and they serve beer. Grab a window booth and watch the planes arrive at and push back from the gates.“

Friendly staff, delicious Beyond Burger wrap w sweet potato tots, and a deeeeelish freshly made strawberry lemonade. Highly recommend! I’m keeping this place in my fav saves. If I’m ever back in Newark NJ I’m def stopping back. That drink was so perfect for the hot day!“

“They have great burgers, cooked well done and fresh; my favorite being the El Paso burger. And a good variety of shakes...coconut, cherry, mango, and caramel. The coconut one slaps different.🤤👍 It was great to see this spot replace the golden arches that was there before, big level up to that downtown Newark, NJ area.“

They are very outgoing n respectful n they want me to have a beautiful experience here which I always do "That's y I always come back. “This place is amazing! I have celiac disease and have a hard time finding safe places to eat. I had the gluten free chicken tender platter and chocolate chip cookies, which were both unbelievable. The wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive and explained that everything was prepared separately using a dedicated fryer. My gluten consuming family also loved their food. My husband said it was the best pastrami he’s ever had and my son had an “extra cheesy” grilled cheese. The owner visited our table and introduced himself. Cannot recommend this place enough!“

“Everything about it is perfect. The workers are extremely kind and quick, they welcome you like a family. The food is delicious with good portions and very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is top tier, never regret a single penny spent here“

“Great place in Newark for "pastel de feira". Esfihas are not so great but the kibes are delicious. Their croissants are the best though. The sweet ones are the Portuguese croissants and they are a big bigger than the salt croissants. Not that they are salty, but they are neutral and definitely not sweet. The regular croissant is the American croissant and they are smaller in size. Absolutely delicious! Fluffy, buttery, perfect texture that melts it when you eat them. And if it’s a sandwich that u came up with that’s not regular on the menu pop try make it. “Been coming here for a while now and the food has been amazing. The fried chicken is one of the best I’ve had in all of the east coast. They also just got BBQ Ribs and Oxtails. And they are heavenly, and full of flavors. Feels like im in a Jamaican/fried chicken cuisine. Best of both worlds.“
