The variety is great, with lots of options for empanadas, including a chicken empanada with a perfectly buttery crust and a baked beef empanada to die for. They make their own pastries and desserts, with the carrot cake and red velvet cake being delicious. Other menu items include a breakfast sandwich, a Cuban sandwich, a salad with chicken or beef, an avocado smoothie, and fresh made juices. The iced matcha strawberry with oat milk and a touch of vanilla is SO good. The quality is great, and the prices are very reasonable. The establishment has private parking and is steps from Bloomfield Ave in north Newark. While some noted limited coffee options, the food is fresh and delicious.
