I order my lunch here almost everyday ?...the coffee is always tasting fresh...the food is always spot on! And my biggest deal ever! Is MANNERS! they have the best manners! I appreciate that so much because I love to smile and when they speak with manners it makes my lunch extra better ☺️. Manager is always professional. Any mistakes in order, he has no issue correcting immediately, no hassle. Always fast service.
Ordered from the app heading my way to the location and I arrived in waiting for my drink to be made ,but more people were coming ordering and getting they’re drink after I orders mine 10 mins ago ,someone had more drinks than me and I’m just waiting ,than staff just stares at me and walks away . This is the second time this happens .

They give a lot of old bagels and donuts. Early in the morning, they are using leftover from the day before if they don't sell it. That stuff is supposed to go in the trash at the end of the night.

You're better off going through the drive thru and not go inside terrible service was standing for a long time waiting on a tea and I had to ask if my tea was ready some one from the drive thru had to go make it no one else was working on it.

Of course this is a major Dunkin. It’s right by major highways and businesses. But the staff is all one race and they’re nasty! The service is trash, the coffee is trash. Depends on who knows you and they’ll make your coffee right. The snackin bacon is a nice portion but is cold majority of the time!!!! They need a different race of workers here because honey this is a mess
