I'm thinking because the prices of food went up the portions have gotten smaller. The pepper steak is my all time favorite, it's a hit or miss some days, maybe different cooks some days. The pork chops are good also. Oxtails hit or miss also.
The food isn't as great as pre-pandemic but still flavorful. I was a little bummed they forgot my vegetables via Uber eats in my oxtail platter. The food is fresh and authentic but again it isn't as flavorful as I remember it being two years ago.

I Usually Order From The Frelinghuysen Restaurant, But Decided To Order From W. Market Instead. I Ordered The Beef Stew W/Pigeon Peas & Rice And Oxtails W/White Rice. Beef Stew ($16.00) Oxtails ($22.00). The Stew Was Great. The Oxtails On The Other Hand Was Tough And Not Much Meat On The Bone (I Know There's Not Much To Begin With & Oxtails Are Expensive), But I Expected Them To Be Fall Off The Bone Damn Good!
