I give them one star because the customer service is terrible. There’s one girl in particular with braids—she has no patience and is always in a bad mood. I don’t like the way she treats customers And they don’t give me the donuts I ordered, nor do they tell me they’re out or that they’re going to substitute them.

The employees had an attitude at the window yelling at me & saying its my fault the order was incorrect. The Manager has an attitude, he did not take any of my concerns seriously. My donuts were really hard I could not eat them. While waiting I saw 2 huge mice in the establishment & when I reported my HORRIBLE experience to corporate headquarters no one responded. Never Ever EVER again. Find another place to spend your hard earned money smh

I don’t know who’s working this place but why are you unable to follow directions? Everytime I order Uber from this place, they forget something. It might be busy, I understand that. But my God get people’s order right.
Explained the whole $6 dollar meal and had to explain it again, my light and sweet that was also repeated became a regular and the facts that I was born and raised on the same block for 31 years just for one of the employees to tell me “nO wE dOnT dO tHaT hErE” after asking for my daily morning and night regular, a warmed coffee roll! Well honey YOU may not warm my buns but your employees do 🤣. My hash browns were over cooked and Hassan seems to not know how to do her job correctly. TBH I don’t think that was the young ladies name. 🤦🏽♀️ might be signed in under others names…I’m done

Disgusting attitude and service. I had a simple order which they got wrong. There was even a hair in my drink. I asked for some donuts instead of another drink because I didn’t trust them to remake it. When the girl handed me the donuts in the bag she made sure to squish them in between her fingers while passing the bag over.

Poor customer service. OLD cheese bagel twist that they couldn't wait to warm up because it probably had been refrigerated. 75 cents for whip cream, which they do no tell you about,and an argumentative manager that starts airing his frustrations with you to his co-workers in a different language. This use to be a convenient stop on my way to work, but I'll goving them up Lent and beyond. Horrible customer service!
