May 12th 7pm I go to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins to get the ice cream flight (4scoops) that they advertise. One week they don’t have the cone topping, as if anyone would care. Now today they don’t have the container.
Listen I get it, 2 scoops is $8 why would you give out 4 for the same price?! Is corporate making you advertise items you convenient run out of?!

I ordered a medium hot coffee with 4 Cream 3 sugar and a bow tie the coffee was nice hot and fresh, and the the bow tie was soft and sweet.

I have to say , you guys need to teach the workers to make the cappuccino blast better , I’ve tasted it from most of the workers there and honestly the only time I can say I’ve enjoyed my cappuccino blast has been when HASSAN has made it , he makes it perfect , every other one I’ve always had a problem with , especially the night crew , be the worst no flavor and it be having big chunks of ice, or it be too dark sometimes the night crew doesn’t even add milk to it , it be looking all watery like it’s just coffee and ice …. HASSAN IS THE KING OF THE CAPPUCCINO BLAST

Ok so I don't understand there's an all African American staff and no one knows how to make coffee! 😡 (not saying they only know how to make coffees) but come on now ..I am an every morning coffee drinker, and just recently they went up 4$ for a small coffee which really made me quit going there..

This Dunkin moves really slow like every time I come here early I’m almost late for work. . The workers are nice but don’t come here if you need to grab an item before work. You’ll be late.

I went there to get ice cream because it is a dual Dunkin and Baskin Robbins. I ordered a two scoop sundae in a waffle bowl. They had no cover for the sundae. This establishment has a drive through that I utilized, and they gave me the Sundae with no cover. I had to ask them to put it in a bag. They do not list the ice cream flavors nor the toppings available at the ordering window, so you have no way of knowing what they have. They will read the lists of both to you. It was a frustrating experience and very expensive.

Terrible service. I waited 20 min for a small hot chocolate and a muffin. There’s no where to sit and the bathroom is blocked off.

The food was trash!! How do coffee taste burnt? Like why is the coffee burnt and its only 8am?? My bagel was nasty too and he didn't put enough cream cheese but damn the cream cheese whatever Toaster he use you can tell it's old because it tastes like rusted metal...i know you thinking ? how do a bagel taste like rusted metal?? Samething I said!!! The snacking bacon...I ask for it to be toasted and they microwaved it instead no crunch at all and lukewarm...idk if dunkin changed the kind of bacon they use but this Buffalo flavored bacon is horrible!! Bring back the blacken pepper bacon please!!! There was no line so it was no need to rush and this was my first time coming here and it's my last!! Thank you dunkin!! DO BETTER!!
