It was a total dismal. The black coffee I got was no better than water, with a pinch of coffee in it. Also, it smelled really bad, like pretty stale. This is the usual place I visited, but the last visit was a havoc. All of the family felt bad about what we received.

I came to pick up an order and I showed him the name of the person and he rather squeezed his eyes and continued walking ignoring me. I was standing for 10 minutes and two employees were doing nothing, and the one who was busy making orders was the only one who asked me what I was waiting for. For only 3 donuts they ignore one. Improve customer service
