The pancakes are 5 star but the customer service 1 star. You have to place your order using a kiosk so there’s no person to talk to about your order prior to placing it and paying for it. I wanted a simple stack of pancakes with banana included. They had another banana chocolate covered pancake dish on the menu I didn’t want but they clearly offer banana on the menu (just not as an additional side that you can order from the kiosk).
