Mediocre place for food in the airport. Was hoping it would be great since it’s a “steakhouse” but it’s just another casual average spot. Got the Penne a la Vodka, Bone-in NY Strip and Iceberg Wedge Salad. They didn’t even give us real silverware, we had to use a plastic knife to cut our steak! Also, there’s no real “table service”, you have to order your food/drinks online.
The pancakes are 5 star but the customer service 1 star. You have to place your order using a kiosk so there’s no person to talk to about your order prior to placing it and paying for it. I wanted a simple stack of pancakes with banana included. They had another banana chocolate covered pancake dish on the menu I didn’t want but they clearly offer banana on the menu (just not as an additional side that you can order from the kiosk). Convenient ordering with QR code menu. The spaghetti meatball dish is mediocre at best. However, they do serve a delicious apple crumb dessert that arrived still partially frozen. The cappuccino is good. Had to request utensils. Some tables are uncomfortably close together. The floor looked filthy, but the tabletop was clean.
