The menu is a little difficult to see, but I liked eating here. The place is cute and small. I had a chicken cesar wrap; it wasn’t cold! It was warm and delicious! I’ve always had them cold and found it even better with the warm chicken and wrap. Other than that, a little on the expensive side.

The menus are written in very small script and are hard to read. The man that was working there had trouble understanding us and it was hard to understand his clarifying questions. Requested gluten free bread but he didn't understand even after clarifying multiple times.Addressed me as sir. I know I'm not always passing, but my chest and outfit kinda screams female.Food was good, but I don't think we'll be coming back if we ever visit the area again.

Brick City Market gets all the love but this place is my go-to for to-go lunchtime salads or sandwiches. The Spring Chicken and Chicken Caesar salads are wonderful - fresh, tasty and with a generous serve of protein. The panini pressed hot sandwiches are also pretty good. It appears to be staffed by one woman - but she's quick and friendly. Go on, show them some love!

Carissa and her staff (Sean, Nelson and Marco) are amazing! They are so very pleasant and always smiling, and eager to please. The food is fresh, imaginative and delicious! The baked goods are irresistible! I do a lot of business travel and I am always thrilled to be back in Newark to experience the wonderful taste experience and the great service provided at the Harvest Table!

Went here for lunch today and got the chicken avocado sandwich. There wasn't any outdoor seating so I had to take it to go.The sandwich itself was good there just needed to be some more avocado or the tomato pesto in there as it was sort of dry. The bread and the way it was pressed was great added a great crunch. The salad was a nice addition however my lettuce was a little wilted and I was never asked what dressing I wanted. Not try to be negative here but I paid $11 for a sandwich and a water and I just expected a little more. Overall this place was ok and I might try it again.
