Brick City Market gets all the love but this place is my go-to for to-go lunchtime salads or sandwiches. The Spring Chicken and Chicken Caesar salads are wonderful - fresh, tasty and with a generous serve of protein. The panini pressed hot sandwiches are also pretty good. It appears to be staffed by one woman - but she's quick and friendly. Go on, show them some love!
Carissa and her staff (Sean, Nelson and Marco) are amazing! They are so very pleasant and always smiling, and eager to please. The food is fresh, imaginative and delicious! The baked goods are irresistible! I do a lot of business travel and I am always thrilled to be back in Newark to experience the wonderful taste experience and the great service provided at the Harvest Table!

The menu is a little difficult to see, but I liked eating here. The place is cute and small. I had a chicken cesar wrap; it wasn’t cold! It was warm and delicious! I’ve always had them cold and found it even better with the warm chicken and wrap. Other than that, a little on the expensive side.
