Had a great experience at Ikoyi! I asked my waitress, Mariam, for suggestions on what her favorite thing on the menu was and she suggested the Ayamase. I’m Nigerian, but I’ve never had this dish and she suggested I try it. It was absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of spice and flavor and the portion size? *chef’s kiss* Service was also great. Mariam was super attentive and constantly checked in to see whether we needed anything.

The food we had ( pounded Yam and efo riro ) was good , freshly prepared and a reasonable size . Accompanying palm wine wasnt too bad . The restaurant interior is first class . The problem is , the price is on a high side . I hope they reduce the price a bit .

Honestly good experience overall, the suya bed was a bit fattier that what I was expecting but still good none the less. The DJ playing had an amazing set ? probably the best part of the whole dinner.

If I had to make one suggestion putting better lighting in the bathroom. I almost made contact with something on the seat because I couldn’t see well and someone didn't sanitize the area behind themselves properly. ?
