I usually get the curry chicken and rice or oxtails and became a regular customer. The food is good, but I stopped coming here because the woman that usually works here has a very nasty attitude, especially when you ask for more food for their prices. But today I tried it one more time. The plaintains looked dry as if they had been sitting for hours and he lied and said they were just made. They charge you $22 for oxtail & tried to give me only 4 small pieces, and when I asked for more rice and he continued to lie and said it wouldn't fit it in the container but there was still plenty of space after he closed it up. Meanwhile, the container isn't even that big to begin with and its supposed to be a medium size. They are very stingy with their food to be charging such high prices. I see why the store is always empty. I just told them nevermind and I no longer wanted the food. Definitely reminded me why I stopped going there and will not go back.

Absolutely disgusting! BBQ chicken looks like rat. Rice was mushy & covered in Bbq sauce. Was sent a chicken Pattie instead of a beef Pattie! Don’t waste your money

I highly recommend this restaurant. I know about it through DoorDash and the food is amazing. Good packaging and you have a lot of food for the money it’s worth every penny. A++++ 🔥🔥🔥🔥👌🏽

Jam Icons in New Jersey was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food was horrible — the “fried” chicken tasted like it was dunked straight into fish oil, and the jerk chicken was hard, cold, and completely flavorless. I wouldn’t even give this to a dog. No seasoning, no freshness, no care in preparation — just a total waste of time and money. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Ordered via Uber eats and it was so bad. For Curry goat they gave curry chicken, they didn't include 2 orders of sweet plantain, the drink i requested i was given a different one and the jerk chicken was stale old chicken and they didn't bother to put gravy on the rice. Like who eats white rice and cabbage plain. Overall not a good experience and will not be ordering again.

All the cashiers in that place including the old lady, never prepare orders correctly and are very rude

Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the food. There’s this elderly lady in here today ignoring me at the window. Because there is no labels on what the food is behind the window I was trying to ask her what they was serving and she was busy talking on the phone and had a attitude. She needs some kind of support in this establishment. She didn’t say hello or any kind of greeting when coming inside. This was my first and last time coming.

I was so close to trying this restaurant but the reviews say this is tacky.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I didn’t receive everything I ordered, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and the food was poorly prepared—undercooked and lacking in flavor. Honestly, it felt like no care was put into the service or the meal. When I called to explain that my order was incomplete, the staff were incredibly dismissive. They hung up on me and showed zero professionalism or respect. I truly regret ordering from this place and would strongly advise others to stay away. I hope the owner is proud of what they’re running, because it’s nothing to be proud of from a customer’s perspective. I would never recommend👎🏽

The food is phenomenal, stop by anytime pick and always a variety from curry goat, Jerk chicken, oxtail , and especially pot more pepper shrimp 🍤 😋 .... enjoy 😉

I ordered chicken soup. I got chicken broth no meat no nothing!!!!! I’m beyond disgusted with this place. The bbq chicken tastes like sugar and the curry goat is tasteless. Never again. Pack it up and close down. Nothing is good

The food is out of this world. The Oxtail Rasta pasta Has a creaminess that you can’t explain there are no words to describe how delicious this dish is. If I had to say what category falls in, I would say comfort food, even though it’s Jamaican food it’s still soul food. Because somebody poured their soul into making this dish ,this is finger, licking good!
