I ordered my food on the app at 1:35 and I was told my sandwich can be picked up at 1:52. Upon arriving at 1:50 I see there's a bunch of orders that were not process, meanwhile the cook is on her phone having a conversation and the other worker who I later find out is the manager is walking around not helping. I only get 30 mins for lunch so after waiting until 1:58 I ask for my order to be cancel. The manager who says her name is Aliyah(Short, darkskin, nosering and braids) proceeds to ignore my request and have me wait to cancel my order. Aliyah even mocks me and laugh in my face as im expressing my disappointment. The cook rolls her eyes and says well its almost done in a very rude tone almost as if she had a attitude. I always choose Jersey mikes to get my lunch while at work but now I dont even want to shop there because the manager is rude and the workers have attitudes.

This place is really dirty. The slicer hasn't been cleaned all day. The 3 employees can't handle the walk-ins and the mobile orders. Corporate needs to pay a visit.

This place is severely understaffed. I ordered my food 20 minutes prior to coming in and they still haven’t even started my order! There was one guy making the sandwiches and another woman doing the cooking. There were at least 10 people waiting in line. Place needs to put up a hiring sign. Nonetheless the sandwiches are great as always so that’s an added bonus.

I love jersey mikes but today was a disappointment. Ordered 3 items and none of them were correct. My giant sub with no onions and extra meat (a $5 charge) had onions and no extra meat. My regular sub with no mushrooms had mushrooms and of course my tub with extra meat (+2.50) had no extra meat. I’m sure it has mushrooms.

Ordered two sandwiches and a tub and they were all WRONG. 1. Asked for no onions and extra meat on the giant sub. Got onions and no extra meat (extra $5). 2. Ordered no mushrooms for the #55 and got onions. 3. Paid for extra meat in the tub and .... NO EXTRA. I should've checked before leaving because the girl was looking at the menu and not our actual ticket. Truly a waste of $$ paying for extras and not getting them.
Slow as hell I almost missed flight because they simply do not care. They owe me 20$ order they never did. In 20 minutes !!!! Lazy slow terrible. I do not know. But I’m not going to order from chain ever again.

I just came from jersey mikes the customer service is bad the girl slammed my food on the counter and ask me do I want to get it popping like I was scared or something this is the worst service I ever had really bad service i will make sure I tell people about how unprofessional y’all work I threw my money at her because the way she handled my food you think I will put money in your hand after you slammed my food then took my food out the bag y’all got good food but that little girl got problems y’all need better people that’s good with customers service
