Terrible service, they don’t speak English. Charged me $10 extra for steak that was included in my meal per the menu. Also, apparently there aren’t free refills yet no one said anything and menu didn’t state that. They “removed” the extra $15 on my bill and had the audacity to put a mandatory 20% tip on my second bill (was NOT on the original bill). Food was decent but between the DJ blaring music where you couldn’t talk, to the bill issue, I would save the headache....read full review
Short staffed, has to ask for water after 20 minutes . Manager had the nerve to make a joke that maybe the rest of the staff was at the Marc Anthony concert that night I was attending. Had to get my own drink. After an hour and 15 minutes I walked out as did many other customers.
Terrible Service — first time here — waited over an hour for a rink while sitting at our table — very short staffed — spoke with manager who stated “maybe the rest of the staff went to the concert” never even got our food — would NEVER recommend this place
