They are genuinely too nice the worker Chaurise Moore is the best she saw has a big ball of energy and she is so fun to be around I could always go to Sakura Japan and get boba over there since it closed to my bus stop but I take my time instead to get this boba cause it is genuinely the best.☺️

Edit: I appreciate the business offering the free drink, but it's not needed. I will say that the two ladies there working were very nice in terms of customer service. It just troubles me that I was the only customer in the store at the time, and the two ladies were having a very nice conversation and laughing with each other, which probably led to them being distracted and getting the order incorrect.
