The customer service is good here but I have gone four times and asked them to make it unsweetened and they never do. And I know the boba is already sweet but the sweetness level is crazy and tastes like they definitely add sugar when I ask them not to. So I don’t recommend for people who like their drinks on the less sweet side

The guy that works there is amazing, patient and nice! By far the only employee that actually make sure he’s getting the orders correct. He’s amazing!
The owner made my drink a month or so ago & gave me the wrong bubbles I asked for regular and she ended up giving me brown sugar and said can I come back the next day she will give me a free one lol long story short she wasn’t there the next day because I bring my daughter to this location and she was too lazy to fix my drink the day she messed it up. I get she was overwhelmed by working alone and having a lot of people ordering but she has to do better as an OWNER! I have a business myself and it’s a lot of things I do not do because you have to be professional.
