Mr. Falafel on Halsey Street is absolutely phenomenal. The food is fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious every single time. The falafel is crispy, the portions are generous, and the service is wonderful. The staff are kind, welcoming, and make the whole experience even better. A tremendous spot in Newark and an easy 5 stars.
Fresh food and the falafels are made to order. I couldn’t wait so my photo was an after thought. Yum. We took turns placing our ordered. No parking

The hummus was super creamy, and the avocado hummus was honestly one of the best. The shawarma salad was packed with flavor, and the chicken shish tawook was juicy and grilled perfectly. The loaded chicken and the beef philly cheese steak are amazing. The babghanouj as an appetizer was really really amazing. Great portions, clean place, and friendly service. A tremendous spot in Newark and an easy 5 stars. Definitely coming back again.
