Mr. Falafel on Halsey Street is absolutely phenomenal. The food is fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious every single time. The falafel is crispy, the portions are generous, and the service is wonderful. The staff are kind, welcoming, and make the whole experience even better. A tremendous spot in Newark and an easy 5 stars.
Went to Halal Munchies on Sheepshed bay (Nostrand Avenue) for the first time last week. And they got a new customer.
The food was so good and delicious. Price is very good according to quality and quantity of food.
Service was also fast and good. Me and my friends and family enjoyed a lot.

• I was reading the menu posted on the wall/ceiling area but the individual (unsure if he was the owner or just someone who works there) was a bit pushy to have me read the menu of the paper menu card. I’m sure he meant well, but just leave it to the customers how they want to see the menu. Of course give them the option and leave...
