I gotta say, this is some of, if not the best dominican style fried food, I’ve tasted in nj/ny area. Everything was flavorful, you can tell it’s top quality products and, that frying oil gets changed often, I can tell just by the smell. Thanks to the chef and everyone involved in the process. Definitely worth a visit go and check it out.
As yaroa/chimi expert I ordered from here reluctantly because if I’m not in New York ordering I’m usually disappointed. Not here! The bread is the original pan the agua they dont flatten it like a panini or some and they dont cut. Fresh cabbage, protein taste well cooked and seasoned, they dont OD w the sauce. Really bangin
