Liberty Diner, located in an airport, is a pleasant surprise with an awesome American diner style interior. The diner offers an impressive range of food options, including breakfast choices, and prices are very comfortable. The food is good and fresh, with standouts like the fried chicken dinner, lamb over rice, and very delicious large burgers. Sweet potato fries, cole slaw, and mango lassi natural drink are also excellent. The staff is friendly, well-trained, efficient, helpful, and cheerful, providing amazing service. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, with a lovely diner vibe in the back and good music playing in the background. Overall, Liberty Diner is a great option for airport dining and a fantastic place to be before the flight.
