Go to Dunkin Donuts or somewhere else like Starbucks. Ordered mcgriddle and an orange juice and got a kid's cup half way filled with oj and a mcgriddle that was so hard you can play hockey with it. They charged 8.90$ and the oj tasted pretty watered down. Homeless sleeping on table, and forcefully wanting money while you try eating. Didn't stay long at most 5 minutes due to one Homeless guy sitting at same table even though other tables were empty and smelling like they went #2 on themselves.

Just when I thought they were improving their food and service, I bought a big Mac and the meat patties were dry and brittle. I have no idea how that happened since I've never had anything like it. Im thinking it was sitting for too long that it became brittle. I am still hoping that they keep trying to improve since I would like to eat here for lunch. On a positive note, the coffee here is good

Ordered through the uber app, only reason to use this location was due to offering Big Mac Sauce cups on the menu. Tried to order this on 3 separate occasions and never received once. Location is disgusting in person and only gotten worse over time. Save yourself some money and stomach ache and choose ANY other McD's in the area - they are all worlds better.

They don't open at the advertised 5:30Menu screens are permanently off. You have to order out of a paper menu.They routinely get orders wrong.And the crowd is something else... Expect to be approached by stinky people with nowhere to go. Grab and GO definitely

Now that sad the hole damn team needs to be ashamed of themselves. This McDonald's should be leading in sale. And have a full team of well trained employees.. unfortunately y'all and we the people of Newark have to suffer ??????
Depressing facility. For it to be a part where NJ Transit and Amtrak customers frequent. You would think the atmosphere would be better. They pour piles of salt on the fries.

How this McDonald's continues to stay in business as a McDonald's is beyond me. It is dirty, dark (it's menu signs have been black for months). You can't eat in it unless you want to share the table with a homeless street person. The non-sleeping homeless will harass you for $ while you try to order. I am finished with it. McDonald's please, please shut it down. If you're in or near Penn Station In Newark NJ do yourself a favor and walk 5 blocks to the McDonald's on Ferry Street. It is super clean and the crew members seem to actually enjoy and take pride in working there. The fact that the store in Penn Station continues to stay open tells me all I need to know about McDonald's standards ($).

This used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area. It is now one of the worst. Mediocre to poor service. Homeless folks harassing you all the time at the door, at the register, and while you're eating. Very disappointed with how this McDonald's has fallen.

This place is stealing the money of the Commuters and the people of the great city of Newark New Jersey. They are practicing bigotry and racism, and even though the workers are amongst the Latino group of people, they are particularly hostile and dismissive to people from Newark the quality of food is low , And I see no point in the fact that this place is up and running there is a constant problem with this location. Something has to be done. and also, I should not have to leave a star for a establishment with such poor reviews.
