McDonald's at Penn Station is a place where customers can find a mix of experiences. The coffee is enjoyable, and the staff are kind and helpful. However, some customers have found the facility to be depressing and in need of improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere. The prices have also been criticized as being overpriced, especially for items like the Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Quarter Pounder. While the food, such as burgers and fries, are reported to be fresh, there have been complaints about flies and rude employees. The location is convenient, and older McDonald's memorabilia adds a touch of nostalgia. The menu is not always displayed, which can be inconvenient for some customers.
