This hotel is okay. The location is really good However, when I walked to the front desk to check-in, the staff there looks like they don’t want to answer my questions, and I feel somewhat uncomfortable to stay here. The room is great, a bit old, but still okay.
Location to Newark Penn Station can't be beat - a well-lit, windowed indoor walkway connects (see photo) so that was a big positive. On-site restaurant was good (closes at 9:30pm for those arriving late). Shuttle from airport runs only once per 30 minutes and it's a decent distance (kudos that there is a shuttle given the distance, but time from exiting the airport to hotel might be long because you take the AirTrain to P4 and then wait for the shuttle and then there's the distance...read full review
