I made a order on my phone and asked for 2 orders of b.b.q chicken wings and 2 ordes of shrimp egg rolls,then I ask how much wvld it cost!,so q5 mins after of that I called again and asked again they said $22.and some change,after that I called again and asked can I hve a lot of Duck sauce and the man was so disrespectful and said DONT ORDER NO MORE FOOD FROM MY STORE,Why? CAUSE I ASKED HIM AGAIN ,then he kept hanging up on me!!,so I called one of my girlfriend's and we went to Apple Bee's,,I was on my porch with $25! To pay for my food and my feelings was so hurt,....my plans was to treat myself something to eat,I didn't have know plans on cooking today(Friday night)!

Horrible Experience!I've had better experiences with them in the past, but this was unacceptable. I placed an order for delivery because I recently had an operation and couldn't go out. I ordered a menu item that I always order at any chinese restaurant. When it arrived, we opened it, and it was terrible. The preparation was nothing like usual and it smelled like peanut butter. While I was annoyed, I politely called to discuss the issue and the manager was nice enough to offer a replacement to be sent to my home. So I put the bad one in the fridge and waited.30 minutes later, I got a call saying that the boss requires me to come to the store to swap out the bad meal for a new one. I informed them that i was debilitated at the time and couldn't leave home. I also don't understand why I have to come to the store for an error that was made on a DELIVERY order. I didnt make a mistake. They did. They had no sympathy for my temporary disability and stood their ground. I asked to speak with the boss, and the boss blatantly said they weren't willing to speak with me. Unbelievable!

And they want me to hand the food over, she threw up till her eyes were blood shot and her throat was sore. Disgusting!
Just recieved my order...took 1hour 40 minutes to deliver half mile away from restaurant...food is disgustingly cold...on top of it all...delivery driver was very rude and belligerent...thus place should review thier protocols in dealing with the public...very unprofessional..

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!They charged me $1 to REMOVE vegetables from the pork egg foo young I ordered and IT STILL HAD ONIONS IN IT!!!!! COMPLETE SCAM AND STOLE MY MONEY!!!I called to complain, was placed on hold THEN GOT HUNG UP ON! I tried calling again and GOT DECLINED AGAIN.The third time I called they attempted to give me a push off $1 credit for my next order…a next order that WILL NEVER HAPPEN!
