“Not all Bookakoos are created equal… and this Washington Street location is the overachiever of the family.

From the staff to the manager, everyone here is genuinely wonderful. You can tell they actually care about their customers—not just about moving burritos out the door. That alone already puts them ahead, but then there’s the food. My chicken bowl and burritos were delish: fresh ingredients, great flavor, and noticeably bigger portions than other locations (yes, I noticed and yes, I appreciated it).

We had a little hiccup with an Uber Eats order, but the manager and staff handled it l—extremely accommodating, kind, and quick to sort everything out without any attitude. That kind of service is rare these days.

I literally travel 30 minutes just to come to this specific Bookakoos on Washington Street, and I’ll happily keep doing it. Totally worth the drive, every time. I’ll definitely be back.

“Great sit down burger place. Burger was delicious and the fries a thinly sliced which I recommended over thick slices because you get to finish your meal and have room to breathe. 10/10 would go back again. I had the Hawaiian burger and it’s becoming my new favorite.“

“Had the enchiladas, steak and fish tacos, flautas, wine, and a delicious cocktail with tequila and passion fruit. Everything was really fresh, well seasoned, and service was gracious (we have a toddler) and fast! Definitely will return, and would recommend to families with little ones (they have booster seats)“

“Last night I took my wife and three children here for a bite to eat. We were greeted upon entering which is always nice to be acknowledged as a patron. The two men behind the counter were preparing orders already but they were quick. We were ordering withing two minutes. Christian and Rafael were their names. They were so attentive and efficient we had our food within minutes. We sat down and started eating and the food was out of this world. Then they brought out churros on the house that the kids loved. They were so kind. You don't see that a lot anymore. Especially in fast food places. The place was spotless. Very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Quesadilla, tacos or burritos. And the prices are very good!!! Thank you Christian and Rafael for the wonderful experience.“

“I work down the street from this place and wandered inside one day just to give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised with the portion size, quality of the ingredients, and the very reasonable pricing of the burritos. I tried both the crema chipotle and pineapple express burritos, and both are good. Overall, I was satisfied and will probably return to try more flavors.“

“Went there for drinks and dancing for my sister's birthday. Good music drink and atmosphere. I recommend the caipirinha. However what I don't like is that because at night its two different vibes/events, one downstairs and one upstairs you had to pay separately for both instead of one price and getting to switch between the two because then you are stuck if you don't like the music of the spot you picked. We went downstairs. It was mostly reggaeton, nee and old school and dembow, which is fine but they told us they were going to be mixing music but we barely got any merengue bachata or salsa.
