Had the Ogbonno soup (first time ever), fufu and a gizzard skewer… I was planning on having a little during the day and the rest in the evening πŸ₯² Had it all in one go… that’s how good it was! Would definitely recommend… hidden gem πŸ’Ž and I’m certain they won’t be for long.
Ordered 2 plates of jollof rice, one with chicken and the other with salmon, along with beef suya and fried sweet plantains. Thought everything would be great, given the other reviews, but I did not love the food. Flavors were not bad, but it did not taste fresh. The rice and salmon were not bad but the plantains and chicken and beef suya were so dry and hard as if they had been cooked the day before. Considering you are paying 20 per plate of dinner, I expected better portions...
Such a great spot for authentic Nigerian cuisine! Everything is freshly made and absolutely delicious. If you’re in New Jersey, do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem, you are going to love it! πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬πŸ²
