I stop in any time I'm in Newark. They carry the thick Portuguese style toast that I've only ever had on my many trips to Portugal. Coffee is great. They also have a variety of Portuguese pastries.
I love this place! If you like buffets, like I do, the food here is very fresh….they do a lot of business.

The place to have a typical Portuguese breakfast or an American breakfast before heading to the center of New York City, stop by here to eat breakfast and feel at home (Portugal). They have been more generous with the amount of cheese/ham they put on croissants ? or sandwiches ?. Difficult to get a table as they are almost all occupied by people who consume little or nothing, they should create a rule so that they don't sit for so long without consuming, thus allowing other...
