I hadn't had a fat sandwich in a long time and this Fat Knight sandwich today hit the spot. The sandwich is a generous size and the prices are reasonable. I also love the little sitting area outside where you can just eat and enjoy the surroundings.

This food truck on University Avenue in Gainesville, Florida was an amazing find. I learned they originally came from Jersey. I ordered the Fat Darrell fries along with mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, and marinara sauce , and everything was insanely delicious. If you're in the Gainesville downtown area, you definitely need to check them out. Their menu is huge and they even serve breakfast. A full five-star experience.
