Horrible service. I went there today at lunch. I waited at least 10 minutes and never got acknowledged. I was next at the counter. There was no one in front of me. The person who should have been taking my order was more concerned with getting delivery orders out. I was so taken aback by the lack of acknowledgement and the ineffective practices, I literally looked to the security guard (yes security which is an entirely different issue) to ask him if I was missing something. Never again. Get staff that understands what good customer service looks like.

I enjoyed the rolls that I ordered the last time I was in town, and made it a point to go back again this trip. I was not disappointed! This time, I ordered the spider roll, dragon roll and sakura roll. All three were fresh and flavorful. Prices are fair. I'll be back!

I hate the new tipping systems at restaurants, however I feel bad because I didn’t leave a tip. So I figured leaving a stellar review may help. I went yesterday and it was my first time ordering. It was quite a wait but my food was good. I didn’t know they made it fresh to order. And again it was delicious. Chicken teriyaki and the shrimp tempura. Chef’s kiss!

Food was filling and affordable. Ordered a Red Bull roll, and definitely recommend that! Also recommend the chicken teriyaki as well! Seating is a little sparse, but it is a smaller restaurant after all. Overall, a good experience.

The EMT roll was amazing. The dumplings were amazing. The chicken teriyaki was amazing. It was super busy, but the guys were all calm and just pumping food out steadily.

Sparse restaurant, but cheap, filling, and pretty good American Chinese/japanese food. Only complaint is that the lo mien is often old/dry in bento, so I’d order rice instead.
