Their food is always delicious but every time I ordered coffee it was disappointing. They charge for each pump of flavor but when you get the coffee it doesn't taste like there any flavor at all. Besides that, no complaints. Staff is nice and the music is good.

3 stars mainly because I think the shop should rework how they prepare their matcha lattes. I ordered an iced matcha latte and was given a glass of milk and a splash of matcha. When I order a matcha I want to taste and see the matcha. I suggest the shop work on better ratios for the drink. They did offer to put more matcha in the drink when I sent it back but at that point I didn’t want it any more and opted for a regular latte. Besides that food , service, an atmosphere...
