If you are looking at this review thinking if to buy or not, dont :) I got alaska roll to go from tge pre made ones. The rice is old, and cold and stale. Not something to enjoy. And very expensive of course

I felt racist. They didn't even give us water, we had to ask for it and they responded after everyone else had responded, so it was very rude. I won't go there again. Highly recommended.

I was there around 3-4 pm on March 3rd and wanted to order 3 items which the total ended up being around 20 dollars. The African American lady at the front made me stand up and go talk to her and she told me she will not give me a table because I’m only spending $20. I felt discriminated and humiliated against because there were other clients who were served and pretty much spent the same amount of money.She ended up allowing me take it to go and I ended up sitting down but they didn’t even serve me the food like the rest of the customers who were there to dine in.if there is a limit you need to purchase why isn’t it for everyone? Even if that’s the case why not putting a sign outside?I am so disappointed and very dissatisfied with how I was treated and I was discriminated against today. Every paying customer regardless of their skin color and age should be able to dine-in in peace.I have nothing else to say but shame on you to that server and Sora Sushi bar for hiring such a racist and unprofessional server there.

Horrible staff. Poor management. They Force you to pay 20% gratuity. When I asked to void the bill and pay again without the gratuity, they ended up charging twice. $182 bill for 2 adults ( 3 sushi rolls, 2 appetizers, 2 alcoholic drinks). Stay away. If you dine here, watch out not to be cheated on your bill.

How do you mess up a shrimp tempura roll? Very expensive and bad attitude from cashier. My shrimp tempura roll is very dry and thick.

my boyfriend ordered the chicken teriyaki. the chicken was very bad, most of it was burnt and there was a large piece that wasn’t even fully cooked. it had no sauce or seasoning, rice was hard and dry, and the vegetables were frozen then microwaved. there was also no service, needed to ask the front desk for a waiter who was very impatient. he got sick too.

It started good. Ginger salad was bjg and fresh. The eel roll and salmon roll were small and didn't taste too fresh at all. Salmon roll a bit chewy and eel was cold (it should be heated up).Floors are dirty and I had to look all around to get Wasabi and ginger .... sushi chef was gone, both waitresses on phone near cash register. Nobody ever asked how everything was or if I needed or wanted anything else. Chopsticks and plastic bottle on floor and nobody picks it up. About the seating... u walk in and seat yourself! That part was easy!

The waitress was slow and cold. They did not even show me itemized receipt when I paid. When I asked for it, she just gave me cold shoulder. The food was okay. Now I knew why it was not busy.

You kind of expect airport markup for food but the prices here are ridiculously high for very lackluster food. $10 (each) for simple tekka maki and sake maki. Although, it was hiway robbery, I could sit with it. But, charging $20 for that crunch roll, which looks nothing like a crunch roll, was just excessive. Basically, it's a California roll ($10 here) with large crunchy garlic chips on top and a flood of eel sauce for $10 more than the actual tuna or salmon roll. It looked like a $3 grocery store roll. It pretty much tasted like it, almost. Sorry, 99 Ranch, I didn't mean to insult you. We did not get water without asking multiple times and when we did, only two of us in the party was given a cup and then, it was never refilled. As we increased the order, the empty plates were never cleared from the table. In fact, even after we left, they still weren't cleared. There was an accidental spill that was never addressed even after the staff were alerted. And to top it all off, they forced a 20% service tip on top of our bill. I don't mind tipping but when the service is this bad, forcing 20% is just laughing in our faces.We thought this place would be a refreshing change from the very limited options in this area of the airport but wow, it was a sorely felt disappointment.
