Sora is flat out the best food in newark airport. I have had the tuna roll, seaweed salad, nigiri, chicken teriyaki and spicy tuna salad (been here 3 times). Emad is a wonder to watch...moving from table to table with ease and keeping everyone happy. If you are in terminal B there is other place to eat...absolutely delicious!
I arrived with all but two seats having garbage in front of them. I’m leaving 30 minutes later with the same situation. One hard working Latin guy and a manager type on his phone e constantly. Ok good and service but man, fire that manager
DO NOT ORDER HERE. If I can stop atleast one person, this will have been worth it. Ordered salmon avocado, half the rolls had only salmon or only avocado, and it was WARM. Couldn’t even eat it because of that, didn’t wanna get sick. Also got vegetable gyoza, and I could’ve made it better in my microwave. I should’ve walked away when I saw the FORTY DOLLAR price, but I felt bad. And, to top it all off, it took way too long. Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE...read full review
