I just left there and I want to say, there’s a kid working there that was extremely helpful, kind, and takes initiative. I’m upset that I didn’t get his name but he’s light-skinned (black) and I believe he had braids or dreads. Hard to tell with the hair net and hat. But he super helpful. It’s a storm outside and I just came in, so I’m apparently wet. He realized that and without me asking, he took my order of coffee...
I’ve been a Dunkin’ customer for years and never really cared for Starbucks. Recently, I decided to make the switch, and this location has completely changed my perspective.
The staff here are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I usually stop by between 8:00 and 8:40 PM, and even though they’re preparing to close, the service never feels rushed. They consistently provide a great customer experience.

One thing I’ve noticed...
I usually come in before my train. So Far, one barista has my order memorized. And they comprehend autism and my difficulty ordering. Would absolutely keep coming. (Barista name is unknown as her name Tag has flowers and a carebear on it, working drink at 12:35pm on 29 May)
