I came here right when they opened and was welcomed kindly by Yafa. She was so kind and welcoming and that’s what makes me love Starbucks. You can tell she really loves what she does and we need more people like her. I appreciate her kindness and generosity and she needs all the praise and support because she deserves it. Will definitely be back in the future.
I’m a Rutgers student at 1 Washington (Newark), and often stop by StarBucks at that location for coffee after class. While I like the location, my last few visits were disappointing. The staff was talking so loudly, it felt like they forgot customers were even there, and the music was blasting. It was impossible to concentrate or have a quiet moment. The staff was wonderful and the service was great. However, my only complaint was that the music was too loud. In fact, the factory speakers in the ceiling were playing and then the staff had really loud music from another system playing on top the store system. It just throw off the whole atmosphere.
