My wife says I'm a coffee snob. I've been a customer of TM Ward for about 7 years and I am very very happy with the product. They have a lot of varieties, great prices and great coffee. I am always changing up and its rare that I don't like the coffee. There Kona Blend (which has 0% Kona) is currently my favorite its smooth, tasty with a great aroma. Better than actual Kona. They roast to your liking and since I'm not a dark roast fan the coffees are exactly as I like it. I grind all my coffee (even drip coffee) and what a difference that makes. For espresso I get the Portuguese Blend and it tastes like I'm having a coffee in Portugal. You can't go wrong with TM Ward.

Best customer service. I ordered a pick up for Father’s Day of some coffee beans. Didn’t realize with my 8-5 job that I would have no time to pick them up with the store business hours. They are so sweet they personally called me to see if I still wanted my pickup - when I explained my situation they offered to drop them off to my dads house in another town… and they did!!! Hand delivered!!! I was very happy and so was my dad. Thank you again! So genuine and nice I had to leave a review.

So it smelled great & so many things inside... ordered a large latte & went looking around. Couple minutes go by I come back to the front and reached to grab my drink and she's handing it to a cop that walked in a couple minutes behind me and said I didn't even explain if I wanted sugar and cinnamon or what kind of latte I wanted.... Now drinking it & it's horrible...

After reading my first review regarding the beans being burnt, Robert responded. Very stand- up of him to replace the order with much better roasted beans. You can actually smell coffee. We had the Brazil this morning and the flavor was medium, not acidic, a little nutty. Greatly appreciate a business that stands up to their products and respects their customers. Hard to find these days. Thank you

a fun coffee experience, other than the typical chain. I'm SO GLAD I walked to TM Ward, what a great surprise! The place is charming, has a great history, going back 4 generations! Many pots of different coffees brewing, too many to taste! The place has barrels of beans, all kinds for sale..and it smells outstanding! The service is great, welcoming, and knowledgeable
